Name: Sam the Sheep
Hometown: The Field, Green Pasture
Year in school: Freshman
Major: Business
What's up, I'm Sam the Sheep. I like to think of myself as a free spirit, or maybe a “rebel without a cause.” I mean, I'm tired of being your stereotypical “cloven-hoofed mammal.” I want to get out and see the world, you know, really find my inner wolf in sheep's clothing, so I decided to hit the road. I landed here in Albuquerque, New Mexico…at UNM.
This place is sweet! So far, I've got a work-study job at the Health Sciences Center. They have me helping out with some sort of sleep study. I'm a walk on for the track team, it seems I’m pretty good at hurdles. And most of all, I've learned how to howl!
There are lots of interesting majors, but I have my heart set on business. I’d like to get into some sort of textile entrepreneurship. I mean, a guy gets kind of tired of wool.
So, yeah, that's me in a nutshell. I know what you're thinking, why would a sheep want to be a Lobo? Well, let me answer you with this simple six-word phrase, “Everyone's a Lobo, Woof! Woof! Woof!”
